Our Services

  • 1 on 1 Personal Training

    Come and join me for your own tailored 1 on 1 session where we can hit some goals and smash your personal bests. Whether it is to build muscle, improve your fitness for sports or to look after your health; I’m your girl! I can only promise to motivate and push you past what you thought was possible.

  • Small Group Training

    From 3 to 6 people I will make going to the gym with your mates your thing. Training is so much better with friends and you will work together to build confidence in lifting weights and doing burpees! Friendly competition is at the heart of what I do and as much as I can motivate you, showing up your best friend is 10 times more satisfying.

  • Bootcamp

    Up to 12, bring in your team, whether it is a sporting team or your ever expanding coffee club, I can shape you into a fine squad. Through using a combination of strength and conditioning exercises in a HIIT circuit I will get your hearts racing and muscles pumped! Team based warm ups and cooldowns will get even the quietest of friends chirping.

  • In Person Programs

    Combine your 1 on 1 PT with a personal 6 or 12 week program and get a tailor made package to suit your needs and goals. We can work through the exercises together and then you can go off and train to your hearts content, albeit without the motivation of my voice! Don’t forget to come back at the end so we can break down what did and did not work to improve for next time.

  • Online Programs

    Can’t make it in to me? Well I am in the middle of bl*#ty nowhere outback Australia, but thats okay. We can facetime before, after and (if you do 12 weeks) in the middle of your program and break down exactly what will work for you. Whether you have a gym nearby or only sticks and rocks we will get you moving and build a healthy lifestyle.

  • Student Athletic Development

    Is your kid training for the olympics, or are they just a super competitive sportsman looking for an edge. Come sit down with me and we can plan out the long term athletic development of your child. While Strength, Conditioning and Sport Specific Training all play a crucial role in your childs development, not even olympians train every day and it is important with many competing coaches that you have a plan to ensure your young athlete has a plan to maintain optimal rest and recovery.

Building relationships is at the heart of being a coach and I strive to ensure that when you are with me, you feel empowered, motivated and most of all, making progress!

But before we get to you, I want to tell you a little bit about me. That way you can decide whether I am the coach for you. Everyone has a journey into the fitness industry, their first time walking into a gym or maybe your first time will be with me, so lets hear about mine!

I was 15 when I first set foot in a gym, I ended up there because like all teenagers I wanted to do the It Girl thing and fit in. My first experience training, I got a free consult with this little old lady, she gave me a program and showed me how to use basic machines…..

And what can I say, it was batshit boring!

However through dedication and a lot of mistakes, I developed a passion for training and confidence and now have the awesome privilege of making sure your first time, isn’t your last.
