Booking Policy
In an effort to help as many people as I can achieve their fitness goals I am building my business on the core premise of accessibility. This means that I have attempted to price my services with the consumer in mind.
I know that between the cost of gym memberships, healthy groceries and other supplements it is getting more expensive than ever to maintain your health. Therefore I have made my prices as affordable as possible when considering my outgoing costs.
The cost however does not reflect the quality of my services and I endeavour to be the best Personal Trainer and developing Strength & Conditioning Coach in Broken Hill. Building strong relationships with my clients is at the core of who I am and as you are entrusting me with your health I am trusting you with my livelihood.
Therefore, before making an appointment please ensure you read and understand the cancellation policy below.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
In order to protect the relationship between Client and Coach I have created the following policy to clearly explain what is expected when making an appointment and when needing to cancel.
All bookings require an upfront payment of 100% when booking through my website and processed in real time when booking through other channels (phone, messages, emails & in person).
You will receive 100% of your payment back if you cancel with 1 week (7 days) notice.
You will receive 50% of your payment back if you cancel with 48hrs notice from the time of your booking.
You will receive 25% of your payment back if you cancel with 24hrs notice from the time of your booking.
No shows or cancellations on the same day will forfeit the cost of your payment.
However, where I am given notice I will reattempt to book your appointment time, if I am successful I will refund your payment in full.
For program consultations, a 25% fee will need to be paid to rebook your consultation appointment time if missed or cancelled within 24 hours of the original time.
This policy is in place to ensure commitment and that you are serious about improving your health. If repeated no shows occur I will not be able to continue taking appointments from you.
Where due to illness or misadventure, I need to cancel your appointment. You will receive a full refund and a 25% credit towards your next booking.
