Join me for a 1 on 1 PT which includes the following:
1 Hour Training Session (Warm Up and Mobility Drills, Strength and/or Conditioning Intervals, Cooldown, Stretch and Rollout).
One off sessions or recurring weekly/biweekly or as many as you would like.
Discussion regarding macronutrient and calorie targets.
Advice and help tracking energy input vs output.
Weekly check ins evaluating progress.
Each workout is custom designed based on your needs and goals.
Form and Technique coaching for compound lifts, isolated lifts & isometric/plyometric exercises at Impact Gym.
Field based conditioning coaching.
$65 per session (includes 1hr in person coaching and additional planning time).
Add on a 6 or 12 week program with a $20 discount off the price of your program which can be demonstrated in person.
Small Group Training
Join me for a small group training session with 2-6 friends which includes the following:
1 Hour Training Session (Warm Up and Mobility Drills, Strength and/or Conditioning Circuits, Cooldown, Stretch and Rollout).
One off sessions or recurring weekly/biweekly or as many as you would like.
Weekly check ins evaluating group progress.
Each workout is custom designed based on the common needs and goals of your group (it is advised that you all agree on these so that training is effective for all members).
Form and Technique coaching for compound lifts, isolated lifts & isometric/plyometric exercises at Impact Gym.
Field based conditioning coaching.
$75 per session for 2 to 3 people (includes 1hr in person coaching and additional planning time)
$90 per session for 4 to 6 people (includes 1hr in person coaching and additional planning time)
Bootcamp
Join me for a team training session with a squad of up to 12 which includes the following:
Available to sporting teams/clubs looking to improve performance and groups of work colleagues looking for fun icebreaker or team bonding activities.
75 Minute Training Session (Warm Up and Mobility Drills, Strength and/or Conditioning Circuits, Cooldown, Stretch and Rollout).
Training methods such as High Intensity Interval Circuits, Tabata, Metcon and Lactic Acid Challenges.
One off sessions or recurring weekly/biweekly.
Weekly check ins evaluating group progress with team captains or coaches.
Each workout is custom designed based on the common needs and goals of your team. It is advised that your coach/captain contacts ahead to discuss a planned approach.
Form and Technique coaching for compound lifts, isolated lifts & isometric/plyometric exercises in the yard at Impact Gym.
Field/court based conditioning coaching on your teams training ground.
$120 per session for up to 12 people (includes 75 minutes in person coaching and additional planning time)
6 Week Programs
Let me plan out an exercise program custom tailored to you including:
In person at Impact Gym consultations or Online Facetime/Video-conferencing consultations.
20 minute planning consultation (start).
20 minute evaluation consultation (end).
6 weeks of exercises programming continuous development utilising progressive overload.
Three, four or five day splits based on your needs and goals.
Advanced clients may request a 6th day however, due to your body needing time to recover it is advised you leave at minimum two rest days.
Full Body, PushPullLower, Bro Splits or hybrid variations available.
Client progress tracked and reviewed through google sheets.
Macronutrient and Calories targets.
Advice and help tracking energying input vs output.
$80 upfront when booking initial consultation, a code will be supplied to book your follow up consultation.
25% Discount to clients who book a 1 on 1 PT session with their program.
Note: Please select a 1 on 1 PT then choose the 6 week program as an add on if you would like a session going through your program.
12 Week Programs
Let me plan out an exercise program custom tailored to you including:
In person at Impact Gym consultations or Online Facetime/Video-conferencing consultations.

20 minute halfway check in (middle).
20 minute evaluation consultation (end).
12 weeks of exercises programming continuous development utilising progressive overload.

Advanced clients may request a 6th day, however due to your body needing time to recover it is advised you leave at minimum two rest days.
