“I began training with Sarah in October 2022 and would attend her HIIT training classes religiously every Monday and Thursday afternoon. I saw massive improvement both physically and mentally. Sarah then became my PT and has changed my training style for the better. She has worked with me on weight training and walked me through using all the equipment and machines. She checks my form and gives me so much information about muscle training whole doing PT workouts. I can say I absolutely love the gym and now have so much confidence to go myself. Sarah wrote me out a 6 week program and I have seen incredible results in my muscle tone. I would recommend Sarah to anyone.
