Larni’s Story

I have enjoyed personal training sessions x 3 a week for 6 weeks with Sarah. She’s really fun and pushes me really hard. I have learnt how to do a deadlift properly. I have also learnt how to do barbell bench press. I have really surprised myself with the weight I been doing in the gym. 

My current goal is to get a muscle up without the band! 

I look forward to continuing my sessions with Sarah in the new year.
